Care Fees Planning Service Charges
Our service has been designed to provide impartial professional advice. We do not take commission and therefore you can be sure that we will not recommend financial products simply to ’make a sale’. You will pay fees as you use our services and can stop at any time. You are always in control.
Initial Consultation - No charge
Your initial consultation is an important discussion. It allows you to decide whether you will benefit from the help and advice that we offer and it allows us to understand your situation in detail. After the consultation we will set out the work and benefit that we can offer you together with the fees that will apply.
This consultation is usually conducted over the telephone. If you would like us to meet with you we will usually make a charge which will be agreed with you before an appointment is arranged.
Working with us
Once you have agreed our terms we will work with you to ensure that your finances are arranged in the most appropriate way for funding care. We will review all of your assets and ensure you are receiving everything from the state to which you are entitled.
As you would expect with an open and transparent approach we ask you to pay a fair fee for the time and expertise that we offer. Since we are not required to sell you a financial product to earn a commission there is no incentive on us to recommend such a solution unless it will benefit you. If a financial product is required we will arrange this at an additional cost or you can arrange it yourself elsewhere.
