5. We will ensure that all relevant and appropriate information is openly disclosed to you, before the completion of a transaction.

6. We will ensure that all advice given is the most appropriate for your circumstances.

7. We will declare any conflicts of interest immediately.

8. We endeavour to follow a plain English policy and communicate in easy, understandable language.

9. We are aware that some clients may have hearing and visual difficulties and we will take this into account when communicating, providing we are advised.

10. We will never put you under any pressure to proceed with something that we recommend.
