Rob Hughes has worked in financial services for over 30 years and has specialised in advising people on the funding of long term care since 2004. He joined the Care Fees Advice Agency to open the Berkshire Office to offer a local long term care service in Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire.

Rob is highly experienced in advising people on funding care and is a member of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA), through the attainment of the Financial Skills Partnership Later Life Accreditation.

Rob says “with my parents and mother in law in their eighties and nineties I am very aware of the concerns that many elderly people and their sons and daughters have about the need to pay for their care while also wishing to leave an inheritance. I see my role as working with all parties in taking the worry out of paying for care.”
